Mezzanine plan

Named after Jeremiah, who lived at Swan House in 1826, this magnificent room had been the previous owner’s studio for 27 years. The mezzanine, accessed by the ships ladder, can be used by responsible, supervised children.

Artist Fedora developed the beautiful feature wall mural of Beccles.

Special Terms and Conditions for this room:

Although advertised as a family room, this room can be sold as a double or single occupancy room whereby the upstairs mezzanine would not be used. Should the mezzanine beds require changing; a fee of £15 per bed will be incurred.

We highly recommend the mezzanine is not used by children under the age of 6. Any children using the mezzanine must be supervised at all times. It is the parent’s responsibility as to whether the child is mature and responsible enough to use this area. The steps that lead to the mezzanine are to be treated as a ship’s ladder, holding the hand rail at all times when climbing or descending.
