Swan House Boutique InnSo many elements go into creating the Swan House experience, not least is our uniquely co-operative, friendly and supportive team, working in a warm, collaborative environment.
         Carmela heads up a small group of carefully selected individuals, with very different but complimentary personalities 		and styles, all seeking the satisfaction that only comes from exceeding our guests’ expectations. Many of this little family have been here for years, some cutting their teeth with us, others arriving ‘oven ready’Boutique Inn Suffolk bringing their own knowledge, experience and unique talents to Beccles. Their carmilla personalities find expression not only in the empathy formed between them, but in new dishes, in the cloths the waiting staff choose to wear, and in the sincere, warm welcome we offer every guest. It is only with the help of these special individuals that the Swan House vision is able to flourish.
